Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By using Etlworks or signing up for an account, you are agreeing to these Terms of Service. This is a legal agreement. If you have any questions about our Terms of Service, feel free to contact us at support@etlworks.com.
1. Privacy Policy
Your information is used and disclosed according to our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you accept our Privacy Policy as part of this Agreement.
2. Eligibility
To use Etlworks, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old and able to enter into contracts.
- Complete the signup process.
- Agree to the Terms of Service.
- Provide accurate, up-to-date contact information.
3. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if your account is accessed without authorization. Etlworks is not responsible for losses due to stolen or hacked credentials. For security, we cannot access your password and can only reset it
4. Term
- The Agreement begins when you sign up and remains active as long as you use the Service.
- If you represent a company, you confirm authority to bind the company to these Terms.
5. Trial Period
- The trial lasts 14 days from signup and may be extended at our discretion if Terms are not violated.
- Trial accounts cannot be used for production flows or by existing paying customers.
- During the trial, you can terminate the Agreement at any time.
6. Termination
- Paying customers may terminate with 60 days' written notice.
- Either party may terminate for material breaches not resolved within 30 days of written notice.
- Termination for insolvency is immediate.
- Upon termination:
- Customers must pay all outstanding fees.
- Access to the Service ends immediately.
- Refunds are prorated if Etlworks terminates without cause.
7. Fees
7.1 Subscription Plans
- Subscription rates are posted on our website and may change with or without notice.
- Payments are due for the full subscription period.
7.2 Payment Methods
- You must provide valid payment details and authorize us to charge for subscription fees.
- Accounts may be suspended if payments fail.
7.3 Refunds
- Refunds are provided only if we terminate your Service without cause.
7.4 Billing Changes
- Fee changes will be posted on our website, with email notification.
8. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
8.1 Site Availability
- Etlworks guarantees 99.9% uptime for Starter, Business, and Enterprise plans.
- Maintenance, security updates, or external factors may cause temporary interruptions.

9. Proprietary Rights
9.1 Etlworks Rights
- Etlworks owns all proprietary rights to the Software and Website, including patents, copyrights, and trademarks.
9.2 Customer Rights
- You retain ownership of data and content you create or upload.
10. Restrictions
- You shall not reverse engineer, copy, or replicate our Service.
- You shall not use the Service to build competitive products.
- You shall not exceed service metrics for your plan.
- You shall not use the Service in ways that violate laws or regulations.
11. Bandwidth Abuse
- Exceeding plan metrics may result in bandwidth throttling or account suspension.
12. U.S. Export Controls
- The Software is subject to U.S. export laws and cannot be used in prohibited countries.
13. Liability
13.1 Limitation of Liability
- Etlworks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
13.2 No Warranties
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
14. Entire Agreement
- These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional agreements (e.g., Software Subscription Agreement) form the entire agreement.
- Where conflicts arise, the Software Subscription Agreement prevails.
